The name is the thesis. Each property multiplies what the last one taught us — infrastructure, patterns and audience carried forward instead of rebuilt.

Build
Products start in-house. We do our own discovery, our own architecture and our own first release, which means the thing that ships is the thing that was actually designed.

Operate
Nothing is handed off at launch. Each property is run by the people who built it — support, deployment, pricing and the unglamorous maintenance included.

Compound
Every property leaves something reusable behind: a payments path, a verification flow, a marketplace pattern. The eighth one costs less to build than the first.

An operator’s portfolio, not an investor’s. Efactorial
Efactorial is a venture studio and holding company. We are not a fund and we are not an agency. Every property in the portfolio was started in-house, launched under our own name, and is still operated by us.
That constraint shapes what we take on. A studio that has to live with its own decisions builds differently from one that ships and invoices — it means fewer launches, longer horizons, and a bias toward products whose infrastructure can be reused by the next one.
In practice the portfolio splits four ways. Software & AI covers agentic operations for professional offices and a studio delivering client engineering. Marketplaces covers the creator economy and real estate, all built on shared discovery, messaging and payment mechanics. Trust & Safety is identity verification and personal safety. Property is real, physical, and generates its own revenue in California and Colombia.
